I am sad to say that we are looking elsewhere for coverage. I get no communication from BHM regarding our claim that has been open since MARCH, it is now mid July. I have been given nothing but excuses. Our premium is due next month and they will expect payment on time but cannot address our claim. We have been customers for 20 years and am just left so disappointed and saddened with their service.

We have been with Brotherhood over 9 years. If you have an issue and you can't afford it but are trying to raise the funds for it, they will drop you quickly. They do not work well with churches that are struggling. Of course COVID-19 (2020) was a rough year for many but Brotherhood gave no wiggle room to replace any issues regarding our roofing at our church. They basically said we know you want have the roof done by this date so go ahead and consider the policy canceled on that date. Unprofessional. No graceful. Not Christlike.

Our house burnt down a few years ago that was apart of our ministry. They committed fraud and refused to pay, saying they would keep appealing the case so we would never get payed. Almost put us out of business as we had to cover the past mortgage on the house that burnt down and then additional expenses to replace the house, as it was a huge part of our ministry. 0/5 stars if I could, go to State Farm they won't screw you over.

The Brotherhood payroll service was recommended to me in 2018. I tried it for 1 quarter and changed to ADP. Their service was TERRIBLE. There was no help screens accessible, so one had to contact them every time a question about how to do something came up. When I changed to ADP, ADP picked up all the payroll wage and withholding information as YTD info for our employees. They doubled up on W-2 reports, so our employees got notices for tax audits due to unpaid taxes. STAY AWAY FROM BROTHERHOOD!
