After Hurricane Ivan in 2004 our insurance agent told us there was no re-insurance available and no insurance companies were willing to write Four Seasons Condominium so she let the coverage lapse. After checking with a couple of other agencies and being told the same thing, Four Seasons contacted Whitehaven Insurance.Whitehaven wrote the coverage within a few days. The association insurance has been with them since that time. Scott Harris attends all of our board/association meetings and answers any questions we have.
