Critical: Professionalism, Value Paid an upfront fee of over $1500 to secure business insurance, only to have it cancelled once my payment cleared, 1 week later. No refund because that was "minimum payment" and non refundable. Worst company ever.

Shay is always great and I appreciate her hard work. I had several questions and she responded to them at a time that was after normal business hours for her location. I spent the time this year to shop my insurance and even knowing that I could potentially leave Cossio, her customer service never changed. All in all, Cossio's policy couldn't be beat and we renewed with 2 weeks to spare. Thank you Larry for always providing great input and support for your clients.
