I have inquired twice as to up my home owners policy, only to be treated with total disregard and disrespect. You would think they would welcome the chance to make more free money, but they are to ignorant to that fact. So I went else where and got the coverage I need for my home to ease my worries, and was treated the way an insurance company should, with care and respect. I mean who do you want when you may have lost your home the know-it-all or the one with compassion for your concerns. I would look around if I were you.

It is so wonderful to have an agent that is very responsive! I've been with white head for 7 years now. Dawn at Whitehead has been a true asset to my company. Anytime I need something changed, and employee added or proof of coverage sent for a job she always gets it to me same day! Other insurance agencies call to try and give me quotes and I always say I wouldn't dream of changing insurance companies.
