Usually they are great but the last time I called to put a vehicle on insurance was a Wednesday morning, Thursday morning received email back, no phone call, stating that they wouldn't be able to help me until Monday. my new vehicle was stuck sitting at the dealership until I was able to get the insurance on it, and this is after I already traded my previous vehicle in so was stuck without a vehicle until they decided to help.

Braddock Agency has been my all insurance carrier for many years and has saved me money checking quotes with their many insurance companies dealt with. Their service reps. are excellent which helps a lot cutting through carrier red tape and getting you the answers you need for coverage or claims. They were SUPER easy and responsive every step of the way, plus the rates are fantastic. It was such a relief switching to Braddock from one of the big corporate companies. I always get a real person on the phone immediately, and they were extremely proactive.
