Came to Gould's insurance for a policy for my wedding venue! I wound up going in even though I could do it online and loved my experience! Everyone was so welcoming and I learned a lot about what I should need and didn't need! The price was perfect too! Anyone planning a wedding should give them a call.

I sent in a request for an auto quote about 2 weeks ago. I got an email back requesting a copy of current policy. I sent that back and was basically told a couple days. I followed up 2 days later and was told either by the end of the day or on Monday. Still nothing. I have colleagues who have not heard anything back at all after asking for a quote. 2 stars for the employee being friendly. Their follow through appears to be lacking.
