The company was founded when the David R. Morse Insurance Agency merged with the John I. Lowndes Insurance Agency to form the Lowndes-Morse Agency.

Dan joined his father's newly established insurance agency in 1992 after just graduating from college. He wasn't sure that insurance would grab his attention like rugby and lacrosse did in college, but thanks to some coaching from his father, he quickly got hooked. First lessons learned from Dad? Be upfront and establish trust with your clients, and always, always be on top of your game.
