We have been with this agency since 1996 and athough there has been a great deal of staff turnover who handled our account, we had our best experience, to date, today with Paula Poulin. She was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable as to our insurance needs. Her explanations of benefits helped us to better understand our policies and coverage.
