I've been very pleased with Rollins insurance. They shopped and got the right company for my 'senior' needs. Charlie helped me originally but anytime I have a question, I can call and usually talk to Sami. I have my home and auto with them and was very happy they barely went up over the past 4 years. You can call yearly and ask them to check to make sure it's all good, still.

For years I have dealt with different types of companies that treat you like gold from that first initial phone call. They promise to always treat you like "family" they promise to always be there when you need them. Too many times after you have signed on the dotted line those promises are proven to be just another punch line to get you in the door. Not with Rollins Insurance. From day 1 they have always been there to answer my calls along with emails.
I never get the "too busy to deal with you" attitude. They are always very eager, happy and quick to respond to any and all my insurance needs. I will always cherish the men and women of Rollins Insurance. They have restored my faith in how customer service should be.
