Critical: Quality, Value There is just better value for your money elsewhere. I love the staff but you can find much better coverage and at a lot lower price somewhere else.

They understand they can charge fees at every payment and are not scared to do so. Get a smaller business that does not charge fees at every turn. For example, I have my insurance with Claudette Robbins and the staff is just as friendly and responsive and they do not charge fees at every turn. Find a smaller agent who looks out for you not themselves!
