They do right by me, I live in town so its convenient. They go to the RMV for you which is an absolute lifesaver during the pandemic. Its nice to be able to talk to someone in person about Insurance as opposed to alot of the online options. I do miss my old agent she was the best but she retired and my plan was transferred to this location and I'm still very satisfied.

Insurance agent seemed helpful and friendly at first and promised to get back to me the next morning with a quote for home and auto. When I didn't hear back several days later, I sent an email asking for an update. Agent wasn't able to quote for home insurance and auto insurance wasn't any cheaper than my current policy. Pretty much dismissed by he agent after that. Went online afterwards and got a great deal on both auto and home insurance myself - with better coverage for cheaper! Don't waste your time here. Typical case of overpromising and under-delivering.
