At Keystone, we reinforce the autonomy of independent agencies and foster growth for the good of the whole. We develop partnerships based on shared goals, reciprocity, and mutual interests. Mike joined Keystone in 2000, beginning as our Chief Operations Officer. He became our Chief Financial Officer in 2005, leading all accounting and corporate governance including strategic planning. As the Chief Marketing Officer, Beth helps agencies grow the value of their business, driving growth to our internal operations.
