Our History

Arthur Hall Insurance was established by Arthur C. Hall in 1966 in order to satisfy local insurance needs for older, historic homes and farms built in Chester County. Tom and Jackie Van Grofski purchased the agency from its founder in 1986 growing the firm's commercial insurance relationships and establishing the agency's active commitment to community.
