After years of my G/L Insurance broker ignoring my calls and causing me to lapse on my coverage, I found Parker at Pike. He answered all my calls during the process of switching over and we got it done before my renewal date. I met with Chantelle regarding our insurance we currently have. I let her know I was extremely unhappy with the cost increase we've incurred. Chantelle was able to do everything she said she was going to do and got our rates lowered dramatically. I not only switch my insurance I'm also having other colleagues get quoted by her.
