Just signed up with Ibeling today, had a WONDERFUL customer service experience with the two ladies I spoke with on the phone, was offered a beverage while waiting, and Jeff was especially great, went over every detail and took his time to make sure I fully understood everything and that all info needed was fully accurate, and helped me find the most beneficial plan for myself! The staff is very friendly. They offer to help with insurance needs. They offer you a cup of coffee, water, hot chocolate while you either wait or in a discussion with one of their agents. The agents call back if a voicemail is left.
