We have worked with R&R for more than 10 years now. While we have not consistently worked with the same agent for all of those years the level of service has not changed. It is nice to be able to call in and get in touch with someone who already knows your current line and insurance needs. We recently needed to change to a different home insurance policy due to relocation and we were able to find the coverage we needed that didn't completely break the budget. It's nice to have a resource that will shop around for you!

We have been with R&R for 30+ years. They consistently do an outstanding job in giving us good service at the lowest possible cost. Recently we started a business and needed insurance. They found a way to bundle it with our other policies to give us the lowest cost. They also have excellent follow-through and are pleasant to deal with. Since they are an independent, we do NOT feel that they are biased toward a specific insurance company or policy which would give them the best profit at our expense. We recommend them to both families and small businesses.
