I have been a customer with Fortress Insurance for over 15 years now. The customer service is not only great but genuine from the heart. There are few businesses that care about their customers, what they are paying, find workarounds or lower cost options if available - - Fortress does. I most recently worked with a young lady name Hollie Moore. She's awesome, in emails we were laughing, she provided great customer service and attention to detail.
