Been with Tucker insurance for way over 30 years. Had a claim they send some tree removal guy out, and is of absolutely no help with the tree on my garage, the French doors were damage and cracked they have tree guy take a picture and then company calls me and says it was installed wrong they won't cover it, so unprofessional I can't belive the way this place dose business. No adjuster came and looked at it did nothing to help at all. If you just want to give your money away this is this place to go. Absolutely useless,

They use to be a great agency when there office was in Belleville. It seems like since the moved there office to Canton, there service is terrible. More than once as a current customer I've been told they will call me back, and I get no call back. I called 2 weeks ago to question why my rates sky rocketed, I was told hmmm, that does seem quite high, I'll have the agent call you back and we will look for a better policy.

I still haven't gotten a call back. Looks like I'm going to have to get a new insurance agent to get something done. Called the office like you asked me to. (9/16/20). Was told they would look for new insurance, but it would take a week to get back with me. I called Liberty Mutual, got a quote in about 2 minutes, and save $120.00 a month for the same policy that I had with you. I'm no longer with your agency.

I currently have a Homeowners policy and a full commercial policy with them with Auto owners. I mainly deal with Sarah with my business side of things, auto, GL, and workers comp. Extremely fast replies and always gets documents i need in minutes no matter if its at 5 oclock closing or right when they open. Love this part. Very good rates and worked amazingly with the two claims I had to filed last year and was actually thrilled with the results of the claims (theft, and GL). Highly recommend.
