Misty was amazing at helping me take over bills/financial responsibility for my mother when she became too ill to do so for herself. I live in another state, and by the time the mail was forwarded, policies had lapsed. She found new policy to get immediate coverage. She also helped me find appropriate home coverage for a unique situation of home ownership. She was very compassionate and helpful during difficult times, and even sent me reminder emails, which was very helpful. Highly recommended company, even if you live over 400 miles away!
