I RECOMMEND. I've been with a Grimes for about 3 years now and can't say enough about their customer/client services. First, I'm confident they've found me the best policy, but I've had reason to change my home and auto policies a few times during my time with them and the adjustments have been within just a day or two every time. Can't ask for better! Keep it up Grimes!

The customer service at Grimes insurance is unmatched! I just bought my first property and Grimes took care of the Insurance process from start to finish. Dealing with every other factor when purchasing a property is stressful enough, so having Grimes being easy and efficient was a huge help!
