In 1923, the late Raymond Wilcox established the agency as Westfield Mutual Insurance Agency. He was joined by his son, Malcolm in 1937, then his grandson, Scott, in 1962. In 1990, 4th generation Robert Wilcox came on board. Today, under the Wilcox Insurance Agency banner, Bob continues the mission founded over eight decades ago: to seek out and supply superior insurance products, to constantly monitor industry trends and opportunities for our customers, and to provide top-notch solution to all our customers, every day, for every question, for every claim.
