Jim began his insurance career as a Safeco claims adjuster for the Canyon County area after graduating from college in 1969. Eight years later Jim joined the Bob Sample-Jim Palmer Agency where he worked as an agent for seven years before starting his own company. Since the agency was founded over 25 years ago, it has continued to grow and meet the insurance needs of the surrounding valley.
