Although we had done our own due diligence on Medicare information we are very glad we contacted Joe LePage. He advised us on things we had not previously considered and potentially saved us a lot of money. We liked the gentle assuring manner of both him and Toni LePage. We highly recommend their services.

Joe was very rude to me on the phone just now. As a potential client simply saying I'm not sure what to do because of being stressed over the terrible individual healthcare option, he told me not to call them back. Suggesting I was looking for "free advise", which is not what was happening in the least. All I did was voice my confusion, not over their company, but healthcare options overall. All of this after having called them earlier in the week, leaving a message, and never getting a call back. Terrible customer service.

The Health Plan Store has been an invaluable ally helping me to navigate the bewildering health insurance landscape for many years. They are able to translate the (often intentionally?) confusing insurance-speak into useful information, allowing me to make cost effective decisions unique to my own circumstances.
