OPIC is seeking applicants to serve as a public member for the Texas Automobile Insurance Plan Association (TAIPA). Join our mailing list to receive updates on rate changes, manual revisions, and other important notices. Only minimum limits are available through TAIPA, which are currently 30/60/25 ($30,000 for each injured person, up to a total of $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage per accident).

Physical damage coverage is not available. Certified agents (producers) submit Private Passenger or Commercial/Public applications for their applicants using the EASi website.
