The staff if highly knowledgeable about all things insurance, more so than other firms I have used. When I call I get specific answers also. They seem to have little turnover. I refer my clients who are divorcing to this firm for assistance as they seem to represent many lines of insurance.

We appreciate the knowledge of coverage shown by the staff. If there is a question on coverage that the staff does not know off the top of their head, , the staff member does not hesitate to call the underwriting company to seek the answer. We do not expect the staff to know all the answers, we appreciate that fact that they know where to find the answer and get back to us with the requested information.
