One of the most uncaring businesses I have ever felt with. My mother passed over a year ago and I have called several times to get her policies stopped.they dont do anything g. Imagine if you had a real claim, they are never in the office and the lady answering g the phone just tells you to call back later. I have been in business in Charlotte for more than 30 years. never would I be so unkind d or unfeeling.
