Upon graduation from Missouri State University, I entered the Insurance and Securities Business establishing Stephens Insurance & Financial Services in 1985 specializing in Life, Health, Disability, Investment Planning and Financial Services. In 1997 I co-founded Employee Benefit Design, LLC and have been serving individual and employer group clients with their Insurance & Financial needs for over 33 years.
