I can't say enough about the service and support received by Ellis. I had a recent experience with Jake that I feel portrays the type of person you want to be on the receiving end of a call when you need assistance. he went above and beyond to help answer questions for my son and daughter in law about selecting the right plan and always with the most positive perspective and attitude. he has been there for my family for years and we are beyond grateful for all his knowledge and guidance.

Customer service like it used to be. A very knowledgable, professional, and friendly staff. Dan, Jake and Rachel are quick to respond to any of my insurance needs from fielding questions, to setting up new policies. Sometimes insurance policies and coverage can be intimidating to understand. The staff here breaks everything down simply and thoroughly. Friendly conversations are followed up with emails. You are not just a number here. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all of our personal and business insurance needs. Ellis Insurance is top notch.

While Ellis Insurance is an insurance agency it is unlike any agency I have dealt with in over 23 years of owning a home and insuring 4 vehicles. Dan Frankel in particular listens with intent, actively engages with his clients and proposes creative solutions to provide exceptional coverage. They do not stand for the status quo and as promised they proactively bid the business to keep costs competitive.
I have been impressed with their professionalism, quick response time and willingness to answer extremely detailed questions. As someone who has changed insurance agents frequently due to complacency once they have my business I am confident that Ellis Insurance is the best in the business. They have earned my business each year and given their exceptionalism, class and style I expect that I will be with them for many years to come. Finally, I would be remiss to not mention Jake Chorney, the "day-to-day, go to for answers guy". He represents the firm well and is extremely responsive. They earn a 10 out of 10 in my book.
