I had questions about the coverage on my homeowners policy. Called the office, the phone was answered by a friendly and helpful person, I assume receptionist, and forwarded to Christine B. Like the receptionist, she answered the phone! Getting the person who can help when you first call in is awesome enough, but. huge bonus. She was knowledgeable, helpful, warm, friendly, quick to find answers she wasn't sure of and FUN to deal with.
I told her her bosses should give her a raise. So used to getting lousy customer service on the phone, Christine's level of customer centric service renewed my faith that great service is still alive and well.

Ray Medvitz was such a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to every email and called back on the same day. He was writing up health insurance for me and took me through the process explaining every step. I highly recommend PTL insurance for your insurance needs from life, vehicle, health and other policies. In a world of online only insurance applications, it is unique to actually speak with someone and have your own questions answered. I recently acquired a new vehicle and in the midst of doing so, did my planning with Melissa B to better understand pricing changes, my policy, and the like. I had many calls with Melissa B asking a lot of questions about pricing, business use, GAP coverage, what happens if this happens or that happens. and she was absolutely great in answering all of my questions with thoughtful answers. She made me feel taken care of and is clearly great at what she does (having been in the industry for 15+ years!).
All said and done, I'm happy to report that I did end up getting a new vehicle and as we discussed, she was ready to "flip the switch" and add the new vehicle onto my policy. Great customer service, friendly, responsive via phone and e-mail and always very helpful. Nothing more I could ask for in PTL Insurance! Thank you Melissa B!

Our family has loved working with Melissa at PTL Insurance over the past five years.
