EG is a broker for Nationwide and their home and auto rates will compete with anyone's rates. But more important to me, and what I was most impressed by, was their speed of response to my phone calls, emails, and even text! Every other place I called took way too long to get back to me and it seemed like I was on their timetable. All of my interaction was done with Kelly. And I was thoroughly impressed at her attention to detail, patience with me, and just a general sense that she was here to serve me. Very refreshing and I will definitely refer others when applicable.
