My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Terrance Cohen. He was available, professional and kept us in the loop of every detail. This has been a rocky couple of months for us but he made this an easy process. We had no idea how to file claims from a fire and he was there to make sure everything was handled and done accordingly. My family had a fire on Christmas Day. We were extremely blessed to all make it out but we lost virtually all of our belongings. Painful and stressful is an understatement. Hiring Terrance to make sure our best interest was served is the best decision we could have made! He answered our questions (and we had a bunch) without condescension and produced everything he gave his word on. He was very down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
