Lakeville Insurance was founded by Jim Nielsen in 1985, who ran the agency for several years before his wife (Linda) came in to do the bookkeeping. Then, in 2004, Jim's son (Beau) got his license, learned the business, and eventually purchased the agency from his father in 2021. When you call, chances are that Leslie or Delaney will answer the phone - but it could most certainly be Andy or Beau.
