The Western Reserve Group is made up of three Ohio domiciled property and casualty insurance companies. The three companies include Lightning Rod Mutual Insurance Company, which commenced business in 1906; Western Reserve Mutual Casualty Company, which commenced business in 1937; and Sonnenberg Mutual Insurance Company, which commenced business in 1859.
