I have had my Auto, Home and Umbrella policies with Insurance Services of Augusta for more than a dozen years. My agent Claire Parks has always been helpful, accessible and responsive both in advising me of helpful changes I should make in my policies and being especially responsive in the 2 claims that I have made. She also has taken the time to assure that I navigated the website changes that have taken place.

Disappointed. I reached out to this company via telephone and later email about setting up an appointment to get a quote. I never got a call back. I did get a very confusing email about why insurance might be tricky? That was strange because another company had given me a quote within hours the day before. I had several back and forth emails with this company that were not helpful. I never received a quote or a phone call. This was all via email over a time span of a week. A simple phone call would have been appreciated and much faster. I wanted to go with a local company but sadly I cannot recommend them.
