Ask for Dave! He is the best! I've been with this company for 4 years. My wife 3 years. My kids will be with this company also when they get older and get a driver's license. And they literally never disappoint. They go above and beyond every single time! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love them! The best company in Massachusetts!

Dave Chrisos goes above and beyond for his customers. He is dedicated to customer service and highly responsive to any needs. He had my back when I was rear-ended by a driver who's car registration and plate transfer wasn't yet processed and pushed to get me the best result possible. Highly recommended!

I have been a costumer of Malcolm and Parsons for over 20 years. Last month I went in and added three of my family members to my automobile policy. At that time I also started a new automobile policy with a new insurance company due to cheaper rates. The old policy ends May 30th and then the new one starts. One of my family members had an accident. with my car Saturday. On Monday I went to Malcolm and Parsons to report the accident and was told the agent did not add any of my family members to my old policy only the new one.
Which means any cars involved in the accident are not covered by my insurance policy. In order to cover the accident I need to add this person to my policy from the start day of May 2016 and pay the added amount right away. Malcolm and Parsons made a big error and is not willing to fix it.
