Carroll Harper began his insurance career in 1975 as a Life and Disability Insurance producer, but soon found his niche assisting boomers and seniors with Medicare and Long Term Care Insurance planning. He opened an independent agency in 1981 and later became a Supervising General Agency with a large LTCi carrier, earning many top producer awards and trips throughout the US, Canada and abroad.
