Very helpful when my parents passed away. I eventually took them on for my house. Had a possible issue that they were ready to help. I didn't have to do it in long run. They were also helpful when I closed out my insurance and sold my home

The people have taken good care of me for 20 years but recently was taken care of new employee who needs to study up a bit. Supposed to call me about an issue but recieved no call

When they say they will call the next day that means call them back in a week. Thats what I did. Then they say once again they will call the next day. Not, that means 2 days. Then they say they can't provide different things on a policy that are clearly posted on the insurance companies website. I ended up calling the insurance company directly and had what I needed added to my policy within minutes. Don't waste your time. Call the insurance companies directly.

I was not thrilled to be told they no longer help people for private insurance. Less happy that the receptionist didn't just tell me that instead of making me wait for someone to call back. Was a waste of my day when I could have moved forward right away if I had just been told from the start

You never know who is handling your policy and if you want to turn in a claim, the "agent" will try hard to dissuade you.
