Stan is fantastic but unfortunately they have an employee named Mark Riales that leaves much to be desired. After he sold us insurance my husband & I felt taken advantage of. We had questions but he never responded. We did our own research & wanted to change the policy, which is legally allowed if within 10 days. He wouldn't call us back & now it is too late. I guess he didn't want to get a smaller cut of the sale. Regret ever using him as our insurance agent.

We have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. We have both business and personal insurance through them. They have an amazing staff. Terry, Teresa, and Kathy are who we deal with most. They are always on top of things, are very professional, and are always available. Brad Smith (the owner) is a fantastic guy. He is one of the most patient, laid back, professional, and knowledgeable guys you could ever hope to do business with. Look no further for an insurance provider.

Mr. Smith has carried my life insurance since '82 and has visited me a time or two. He is a perfect gentleman, never sends a lot of junk mail but I can always look for a birthday card. Great family business.
