Very friendly and helpful staff! I would recommend them to anyone. Taylor assisted me and got back to me in a very timely manner and literally beat the next company in line by an annual price of almost $2,000 for my business liability insurance. Horrible company. Had my mobile home insured with them. The day after I received my policy my electric bike was stolen. I had 25k personal property insurance with them. When I told my agent (Nathan Mason) about the loss he told me he doesn't use companies that insure electric bikes). When I told him I wasn't informed of this and hadn't received the policy until the day before the theft he said it wasn't his fault. This is my worst experience ever dealing with an insurance company. We will settle in small claims, but I don't advise anyone to trust their property with The Adams Agency
