We put in an full value offer on their property in Ocean Shores. Property was listed at $139k we were putting 75k down from our HELC and doing a conventional land loan for the remaining balance. But Ms. McNamara refused the offer because she wanted to close sooner. Seems to me that she just wanted a bidding war. If she just wanted a cash out then her listing should have said cash out only. Most unprofessional realtor we have ever dealt with. We would recommend that you choose any other company but this one.

The best in pacific county. My husband and I went through this company and we were treated with the most respect. Our relator paid attention to what we wanted and worked weekends to show us houses. Im very pleased. If your looking in pacific county this is the place to go you won't be disappointed.
