Holy smokes- Nikki at JSI is the most efficient and effective insurance agent I have worked with to-date. She is very honest and realistic. She was able to reduce my monthly premium and increase my coverage on both my auto + home policies. The real question is, why are YOU not working with her yet folks?! So far so good! They found me cheaper insurance than what I was paying (over a hundred dollars cheaper). The staff was very friendly when I spoke to them. I was leery because I never heard of them, but I looked at the reviews on google & now I have my proof of insurance. They are legit. With such a huge drop in price from my previous insurance, I wasn't sure what to expect.

I switched to John Scott Insurance and my coverage is better, my rates are lower and my customer service is better than I could ever hope for! Nikki goes above and beyond every single time I ask her for help either changing my policies or understanding my policies or even just the insurance world in general.
