When I joined our smallish company (~15 employees), our insurance broker was one of the larger players in the brokerage business. Our customer service was lackluster. Response times were slow, information we received was often inaccurate or incomplete, and it seemed like we were doing way more work than necessary. We decided to make the change to Benchmark Insurance and we could not be happier with the results. Kim and Holly do a phenominal job of communicating proactively, answering questions timely, and they actually saved us money by fighting for premium reductions during our annual renewal process.
