He was timely in emailing me a comparison of my current policy and a new policy. The new policy was lower and he even lowered my current policy. During our correspondence I moved and needed renters insurance also. At this point we met to finalize the policies. He was courteous and took care of all my needs. I've worked with Chris Minick for insurance on our home, auto, motorcycle, RV, ATV's for years. He always goes above and beyond to help our family ensure we have the appropriate coverage and the best rates available. He provides us with consistent, quick and knowledgeable responses. I've priced other insurance carries in the past and Chris is always a better value. I'd even pay a higher premium if it came down to it to stick with him.
