I have been part of Chris Cardell's VIP club for quite a few years. We used to love his monthly business newsletter. Currently we aren't members but still attend his free live streams which we find very valuable. And my wife has just booked us on a live seminar which looks very good.

I have found "77 Ways to Get More Customers " to be an invaluable resource, especially for someone like me, new to business in general and a new business owner. The book has a wonderful teaching ethic, from the psychology of your customers to the fast moving current of new trends, particularly new technology. This "little" book is very far from little in its importance and in the help contained within its pages. I would classify it as a "must" on every business owner's desk.
