My homeowners insurance went up more than $700 dollars and these agents never bothered to notify me or attempt to find new insurance that would be cheaper. All they do is service the account for the insuance company.

Steve is happy to take on your insurance money and sign you up. But god forbid you have to claim or get a refund for unused time. Unwilling to help, not replying to emails, passing the buck when the insurer is saying speak to the agent to get it resolved - and at which time no responses come back. Would stay away well from this company if you want insurance.

Genevieve at S&A is your go-to gem if you're looking for a great broker to work with for your personal business. I started a general contractor business in the construction industry. I went thru many brokers that couldn't understand my industry, in order to provide me with an decent quote for worker comp and general liability.
