Derek is my go-to guy when it comes to all things related to health insurance. He is so clear and helpful and calm and informative and positive! He doesn't know it but he just saved me $875 by encouraging me to question a denied claim by insurance, which they then paid in full. Last month he walked me through signing up for Medicare Plans A and B, a Medicare supplement and Pharmacy Plan D, which throws most people into despair! In this day and age it is surprising when you receive more than what was expected but that was the case with Rick and his associates. When my wife's COBRA ran out I needed to sign up for Medicare and a Medicare supplement. Even though I am in my 70's I was not covered by Social Security so it was not necessarily going to be an easy path to claim Medicare benefits. Rick went through all the options available to me explaining the advantages of each policy available to me and when I had made the decisions that were best for me Rick went through all the forms with me to make sure everything was filled out correctly. Rick had made everything so incredibly easy!
But the best part was it was all done with no charge to me! For any of you that are trying to go through the governmental maze that is our healthcare system I whole heartedly recommend that you give Rick and his associates a call.

I was referred to Derek Traub by a good friend who has been getting amazing assistance by him over the years. He opened an insurance coverage for her and has always been by her side answering questions, helping resolve issues, giving pointers, and advice. I didn't have to think twice when it came to getting my own insurance coverage. So I called him today and had the most amazing assistance and help from him in choosing the best dental insurance coverage.
The insurance enrollment itself took less than 5 minutes but the amount of information he provided me was immense and so very helpful. I then talked to him about my mother's Medicare coverage and he also provided great help and advice to us on this. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! Thank you Derek for all of your help and words of wisdom! He has been doing this for 16 years and he definitely knows all the ins and outs.

I was totally lost when I contacted Rick at R.L. Wells and Associates. I'd just learned that my health insurance company had dropped me because I reached my lifetime max of benefits to be paid out. I was terrified; I have multiple sclerosis, and had NO idea what to do. Rick SAVED ME. He steered me through the labyrinth of jargon, legalese, and health insurance ins and outs. He did it all with cheerfulness, friendliness, COMPETENCE, and speed.
He thought of things I never would have known to do, and because of him, we'll be getting a policy that is less than half of what we'd first thought --- AND the policy will cover my MS medication. We'll be breathing more easily when it's time to sign up for Medicare, because we'll definitely contact Rick. What a life-saver!
