My mother pased away in October 2020. Insurance owed her a refund on insurance. I provied them with a death certificate and power for attorney and administer of will papers and still have not receive a check in my name so I can cash it so I can distribute it to my siblings. The people in office been vary nice to me but told me I would have to take care of it myself with insurance company. Is this what a agent suppose to do? Kenny

Jensen Ford Insurance still operates with the principles in customer contact and interaction I grew up with. They express a desire to help you with your insurance needs, and they mean it! I have been familiar with the owner of this company for twenty years. He has gone so far before as to tell me that his prices aren't competitive with other companies (separate policy) and did not say one word to badmouth the company that underbid him. This place and the people who work there have integrity, and are as concerned about you being underinsured as overinsured.

They are friendly and personable and treat you fairly and honestly. They know my family. They are always fast and efficient processing changes and help explain options. They saved us a lot of money when we bought a new house by switching our auto and home insurance to a different company. They are good agents and will work for you and your best interests.
