Tim D. Leman will be named President of Gibson Insurance Group effective October 1, 2009, replacing current President, Greg Downes, who will remain as Chief Executive Officer for the next 12-15 months and beyond that as Chairman of the Board. Tim will continue to be active with customers in addition to assuming the responsibilities of his new role.
