Whatever you do if you are looking for an insurance quote from this broker STAY AWAY! Gale Ryan-Payne and Dennis Juzusco are extremely unorganized and are extremely poor in communication. They informed me of a quote that I was approved for however, it was never approved despite a half a dozen phone calls from them indicating that it was approved (they already received my money)and we were just awaiting the documents. After 7 days and my repeated phone calls they finally admit that they did not have approval. If you're a small business, don't be an idiot like me, go somewhere else!

I called a couple of times to follow up on my quotes, was told they would get back to me, but they never did. The assistant to Kevin was snotty to me when I called to follow up, and I would never recommend this company. I was very displeased with the customer service!
