Update: the owner called and completely made it right. Thats great customer service. We are happy to continue working with them!
Weve been with them for years and have always been happy. We sold a boat and bought a new one. Our policy for the year was only $260. They charged an additional $50 broker fee (almost 20%). That is excessive. We will shop around when our insurance renews due to principle. Very disappointed.
